HistoryTech-Way Industries is a 2nd generation turnkey manufacturing facility with a 90,000 sq. ft. manufacturing capacity located in Franklin, Ohio. Founded by Robin Parker in 1964, it is owned and managed today by Ken Parker.
Tech-Way prides itself on listening to the needs of its customers and staying on top of industry trends so that it will have the manufacturing capacity and capabilities necessary to support current and future clients.
In 2007, we expanded our original medical clean-room to 4,000 sq. ft of class 10,000 manufacturing capacity for germ-free molding and assembly of bio-hazard free parts.
Currently, we are in the process of building a larger QA area to add more QA equipment to enhance our parts inspect. This will increase our capacity to do more QA.
Always innovative, we are the only privately held medical incubator facility in Ohio. To support this, we are currently building a new medical laboratory with sterilization equipment that allows us to expand our capabilities in this area.
Also in 2007, we added an automated paint line capable of using environmentally friendly water-based paints and water-based metallic paints (difficult to do) for parts decorating, including spatter coating to make decorative dimples/bumps.
Why all the change? Responding to your needs and requests.
