We have an entire bank of CNC machines, both mills and lathes, that we consistently use on a plethora of customer projects. Several of our mills have a 4th axis, and others have bar stock feeders. We can use these machines to make custom molded inserts for your products. We also use these to machine very high tolerance areas on molded parts so that they perform as desired. Examples of some of the projects that we have machined are internal threads, industrial pumps, o-ring grooves, and anything requiring a tight fit or high tolerance area.
